A small shop solving a very specific problem.
Why we exist
Getting internet for a trip used to be one of two things: paying your carrier roaming and getting a nasty surprise on the bill, or landing and losing half a day hunting for a local SIM. NAVEO exists so neither happens: pick your destination before you leave, pay by card, and you have data the moment you land.
How we work
We partner with an international wholesale eSIM provider and build the store on top: a real catalog, clear prices with taxes included, invoices available and support in your language. We do not make the plans: we sell them at a clear margin, which is why the final price is published from the catalog and never changes at checkout.
What we do and what we do not
What we do: real people answering on WhatsApp and email, in Spanish and English, seven days a week, replying within 24 hours. What we do not: no 24/7 phone support and no promises of miracles at 3 a.m. We would rather tell you the truth and keep it.
Our commitments
- Final price with taxes shown from the catalog, not revealed at checkout.
- Invoice (CFDI) available for every purchase.
- Full refund if your eSIM has not activated.
- If a plan does not activate, we refund you: we do not leave you with the problem.
