Who processes your data

The party responsible for processing your personal data is NAVEO. For any matter related to your data, you can write to privacy@mynaveo.com.

What data we process

We process the data you give us when you buy, such as your email address, your name or company name, your RFC (Mexican tax ID) and CFDI use, and data generated while you use the site, such as your IP address, your order and eSIM information, and technical security logs. Your card data is processed directly by Stripe, so it never passes through our servers.

What we use it for

We use your data for necessary purposes: processing your payment, delivering and activating your eSIM, handling your support and top-ups, and protecting the site against fraud and abuse. We have no voluntary purposes: we don't use your data for advertising, profiling or marketing, and we don't sell it or share it with ad networks.

Who we share it with

To run the service we work with providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security and cookieless analytics), Stripe (payment processing), Stellar Wholesale (eSIM provisioning, which receives your email address to generate it) and Resend (delivery of your purchase emails). Some of them are outside Mexico, mainly in the United States, so an international data transfer takes place; by purchasing you accept that transfer, which is necessary to provide the service. We don't transfer your data to third parties for advertising or sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep your purchase data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax law, which for tax receipts is five years. Technical and security logs are kept for short periods.

Cookies and local storage

NAVEO only uses the technical storage needed for the site to work. We don't use advertising, tracking or profiling cookies, and we don't share your data with ad networks. That's why you won't see an accept-cookies banner: there's nothing to authorize.

• Cookie naveo_i18n_redirected (1 year): remembers whether you chose Spanish or English so we don't ask you again on every visit.
• Language and cart (browser local storage): your language preference and the plans you added to the cart, so they aren't lost if you close the tab.
• Checkout draft (local storage): what you typed at checkout, so you don't lose it if you reload the page.
• Security (Cloudflare): technical cookies that protect against bots and fraud, activated only when the system detects suspicious activity.
• Payment (Stripe): when you pay you leave NAVEO for Stripe's checkout, where Stripe's own cookies apply to process the transaction securely.

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits and page views without cookies and without identifying or tracking you across sites.

You can delete this data at any time from your browser's privacy settings. If you delete it, the site will ask for your language again.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) and withdraw the consent you gave us by writing to privacy@mynaveo.com. In your request, include your name, a way to contact you and the right you wish to exercise; we will reply within a maximum of twenty business days and the process is free of charge.

Limiting the use of your data

You can also ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data by writing to the same address. Since we don't do advertising or marketing, there are no other uses to limit.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will publish the updated version on this page, with the date of the change. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
